This is concerning your 4/26/02 relief request. Our reviewer, Arnold Lee, has the following comments. Please call me to set up a conference call to discuss these comments, including disposition of them.

On page 2 of the subject request -- in the third sentence of the second paragraph--- you stated that "The Oyster Creek ISI Program also requires VT-3 visual examinations of a sample of snubbers in accordance with Article IWF-2000 and Table IWF-2500-1, Examination Category F-A."
Discuss:
(1) The basis of the snubber samples selection for these VT-3 examinations; (2) Extent of the examinations performed for the snubbers, knowing that IWF-2000 and Table IWF-2500-1 are primarily for component supports, excluding snubbers (ref. IWF-1220).
