REQUEST FOR COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT PLANT-SPECIFIC SUPPLEMENT 7 TO THE GENERIC ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT REGARDING NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 (TAC NOS. MB1994 AND MB1995)

Dear Mr. Christian:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has completed the draft plant-specific Supplement 7 to NUREG-1437, Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants, regarding the renewal of operating licenses NPF-4 and NPF-7 for North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2, for an additional 20 years of operation. Enclosed is a copy of the report for your review and comment.

The draft report will be filed with the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and a notice of availability will be subsequently published by the EPA in the Federal Register. Any comments on the draft plant-specific Supplement 7 to the GEIS should be addressed to:
