Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS)

Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-52815291530 Implementation of Operating License Amendment No. 139 In a letter dated March 1, 2002, from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to the Arizona Public Service Company (APS), the NRC issued Amendment No. 139 to the Facility Operating Licenses for PVNGS Units 1, 2, and 3, to be implemented within 45 days of the date of issuance (TAC Nos. MB2955, MB2956, and MB2957). This letter is to inform the NRC that APS implemented Operating License Amendment No. 139 in the three PVNGS Units on March 29, 2002.

No commitments are being made to the NRC by this letter.
