MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - CLOSED PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE - CRYSTAL RIVER UNIT 3, DOCKET NO. 50-302
Dear Mr. Young:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Paul Infinger of your staff and Steve Rudisail of this office on January 24, 2002, concerning a closed predecisional enforcement conference which has been scheduled for February 22, 2002, at 8:30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss an apparent violation involving actions taken by Florida Power Corporation against a former employee. The conference will be held at the NRC Region II Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, Suite 24T20. The meeting will be closed in accordance with Section V of The General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions, NUREG -1600 (Enforcement Policy) in that enforcement action is being considered based on an NRC Office of Investigations report that has not been released to the public, and because enforcement action is being considered against an individual.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
