Clarification of B.5.b Commitments for Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No. 1 In Reference 2, the NRC sent the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) a Demand for Information Letter (DFI) related to the capabilities of the auxiliary feedwater system following a B.5.b event. OPPD responded to the DFI in Reference 3 and made a commitment that must be clarified. The purpose of this submittal is to clarify that commitment as well as commitments made in References 4 and 5 where details of implementation differ from the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) of Reference 6.

Attachment 1 is a list of acronyms used in Attachments 2 and 3. Attachment 2 describes the commitment made in Reference 3 and provides the necessary clarification.
