The ABB-CE System 80+ Design Control Document was submitted for NRC review in Reference 1.
This letter transmits revisions to the DCD and an affidavit. These revisions document material previously transmitted as draft marked-up pages to the DCD. Significant changes incorporated into the DCD, including all changes requested by the NRC staff in Reference 2, are identified with a margin bar and the revision date [2/95] added to each page.
