docket.
Combustion Engineering, Inc. has determined that this report nood not be protected from public disclosure.
A copy of the report will be delivered to your office in a separate transmittal.
This report is, nevertholoss, for the NRC staff's information only.
Since the process and documentation required for design cortification under 10 CFR Part 52 is not yet fully established, we have boon including in the combustion Engineering Standard Safety Analysis Report - Design Cortification (CESSAR-DC) all information which wo expect the NRC staff to rely upon in the corresponding Safety Evaluation Report.
Appendix B of CESSAR-DC already contains much of the information in the report identified above, and we request that you identify any other specific information in that report on which you rely for conclusions in the Safety Evaluation Report.
