FLORIDA POWER. & LIGHT COMPANY July 26, 1984 L-84-190 Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Attention:

Mr. Darrell G. Eisenhut, Director Division of Licensing U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washi ngton, D.C.

Dear Mr. Eisenhut:

Re'.

Turkey Point Units 3 and 4

Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Revisions to Inservice Test Progr an for Pumps and Valves In the Abstracts for the Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Valve Test Progr aII and Pump Test Program submitted with our letter, L-84-84, dated March 30,

1984, we inadvertently identified the effective date of the revised prograIIs as August 1, 1984.

It had been our intention to make the progran effective six months after the submittal date as we did with the submittal for St. Lucie Unit 1.

Our draft of the report had set the 6 month date as, August 1, 1984 and this date was not corrected in our final letter.

To correct the effective date discussed

above, we have attached revised abstract pages for the IST program which set the effective date as six months after the submittal of the progr an.

For the current submittal, the effective date wil.l therefore be September 30, 1984.

l<e have also attached page 119 of the submittal.

This page m@

have been inadvertently omitted from some copies of the program.

Should you or your staff have any questions on this information, please contact us.

Very truly yours, ggd~~u>
