In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30, Florida Power & Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating License DPR-31 and DPR-41.
This proposal is being submitted in response to a July 1,1981 letter from Mr. S. A. Varga which contained model Technical Specifications on steam generator tube surveillance requirements.
We have reviewed the model Tecnnical Specifications and have adapted them to our fonnat.
The proposed changes are described below and shown on the accompanying Technical Speci fication pages bearing the date of this letter in the lower right hand corner.
We anticipate that upon approval of the changes and incorporation of the new Technical Specifications the NRC will remove all special license conditions concerning steam generator tube inspection fran DPR-31 and DPR-41.
Pages 3.1-4 & 3.1-5 Specification 3.1.3.b. was revised and 3.1.3.g. was added to incorporate limiting conditions for operation regarding primary-to-l secondary leakage through steam generator tubes.
Pages 4.2-3 to 4.2-6 and Tables 4.2-2 and 4.2-3 The steam generator inspection program was added to the section on l
Reactor Coolant System In Service Inspection.
