Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Subsequent Renewed Facility Operating Licenses DPR-31 and DPR-41 Turkey Point Emergency Response Data System (EROS) Changes Pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, VI, 3.a, "Maintaining the Emergency Response Data System," Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) is notifying the NRC of an update to the Turkey Point, Units 3 and 4, Emergency Response Data System (EROS) data point library.
Turkey Point completed a modification that replaced two Process Radiation Monitor System (PRMS) instrumentation channels in each unit. The Attachment to this letter summarizes the changes to R-19 (Steam Generator Slowdown Monitor) and R-20 (Reactor Coolant Letdown Monitor EROS data point library.

Radiation monitors in the Primary Radiation Monitoring 'Systems (PRMS) were impacted by age degradation and obsolescence, requiring component replacement. The existing instrument channel radiation monitors (two per unit) were replaced with Mirion Technologies radiation monitors, via Engineering Change (EC) 297841. Tables 1 and 2, below, describe the components that were replaced. Table 3 describes the replacement components. Tables 4, 5, 6 and 7 are the EROS data point reference files.
