The conditions observed, while rejectable, did not appear as fresh active boric acid and exhibited no apparent significant change from the previous observation.
Evaluation The quarter-inch thick plate had no signs of pitting or wastage, the liner has maintained complete integrity as per the original design.
These areas are a source of borated water in the reactor pit area from the upper past cavity seal ring and floor when the cavity is flooded.
There are currently no indications /conditions that would appear to challenge the containment structural integrity of the structural integrity/leak tightness of the containment liner boundary during Modes 1-4 Conclusion WO 40801001-01 has been created to clean and coat deficient locations as required. This shall be implemented during PTN3-35 Refueling Outage.

The maximum as-found Lateral Combined Gap was measured at O" on one side and 1/8" on the opposite side. The design drawing specifies 1 /16" gap on both sides.
Evaluation Support 422-A allows for movement in the Z (South-North) direction. The configuration of the piping system allows for sufficient flexibility to minimize stresses resulting from thermal movement and is therefore acceptable.
Conclusion Support 422-A is acceptable as-is.
Support drawing 5613-H-644 Sht. 13B will to be revised to match the as-found field conditions.
RWA 02499979-02 has been generated to track the completion of an EC that tracks the update of support drawings including Support Drawing 5613-H-644 Sht. 13B for Support 422-A.
