• L-2017-075 10 CFR 74.6 10 CFR 74.13 10 CFR 74.15 10 CFR 2.390 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Director of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards Washington, DC 20555 Re: St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 Nuclear Material Inventory Pursuant to 10 CFR 74.13 and 10 CFR 74.15, Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) is submitting the nuclear material status reports for St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 covering the period from March 1, 2016 to March 15, 2017. The attachments to this letter contain a printed listing of the data contained on the compact discs and completed disc transmittal forms.

By copy of this letter, fompact discs that contain the report information in computer-readable fonnat are being sent to the US Department of Energy in accordance with NMMSS Report D-24.

The attachments contain reports to the NRC which contain information or records concerning FPL's accounting program for special nuclear material not otherwise designated as Safeguards Information or classified as National Security Information or Restricted Data. Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(l), we request that the attachments be withheld from public disclosure.
