-Annual Summary'of Commitment Changes Implemented Without Prior NRC Notification for Calendar Year 2010' Source Brief Commitment Summary Change Summa&y- &Bases for the Change L-2007-007 Interagency Radio Linking Delete "Interagency radio linking capability (intelligent Interconnect System)." Recent hostile action based drills (3/11/2009) without interagency radio linking capability was adequate to achieve objectives. Therefore, it is redundant at best and at worse can cause agency frequencies to be rendered inoperative.
