The letter, submitted to the U.S.

Department of Commerce, is attached.

It should be noted that the Site Plan included in the IAEA submission supplements the information contained in the completed Design Information Questionnaire submitted by Reference 2. The Site Plan is intended to more accurately delineate the Unit 4 site for safeguards purposes.
