C. 20555 RE: St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 Withdrawal of Remote Shutdown and Post-Accident Monitoring Instrumentation TS Change In FPL letter L-2005-056 dated April 21, 2005, FPL proposed changes to the St. Lucie Technical Specifications based on generic changes that have been made to the Improved Standard Technical Specifications (ISTS), NUREG-1432, Standard TechnicalSpecificationsfor Combustion EngineeringPlants, based on Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) travelers that were previously reviewed and approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. FPL also proposed changes to remote shutdown and post-accident monitoring instrumentation based on the ISTS.

Subsequent FPL interactions with the NRC staff on the proposed remote shutdown and post-accident monitoring instrumentation changes led to the FPL decision to withdraw the proposed changes related to the remote shutdown and post-accident monitoring instrumentation.
