Beaver Valley Power Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Docket No. 50-346, License No. NPF-3 Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-440, License No. NPF-58 60-Day Response to NRC Bulletin 2011-01! "Mitigating Strategies" The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Bulletin 2011-01, "Mitigating Strategies," dated May 11, 2011, to request each licensee to provide a comprehensive verification of their compliance with the regulatory requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.54(hh)(2). Addressees are required to provide a written response to the NRC in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(f).
In Bulletin 2011-01, the NRC requested each licensee to submit a written response, which was provided on June 9, 2011, within 30 days of the date of the Bulletin.
The attachments to this letter forward the responses requested within 60 days of the date of the Bulletin to provide information regarding mitigation strategies programs for 10 CFR 50.54(hh)(2). The attachments to this letter contain Security-Related information that should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.390. The pages have been marked accordingly with the notation "Security-Related Information - Withhold Under 10 CFR 2.390."
