Dear Sir:
This application for an amendment to the FitzPatrick Operating License No. DPR-59 (Reference 1) proposes changes regarding receipt and possession of byproduct, source and special nuclear material.
The proposed changes clarify the license conditions in Sections 2.B.(4) and 2.B.(5) of the Operating License (Attachment I to Reference 1).
Enclosed for filing is the signed original of a document entitled " Application for Amendment to Operating License",
together with Attachments I and II, comprising a statement of the proposed changes to the FitzPatrick Operating License No.
DPR-59, and the associated Safety Evaluation.
