NARRATIVE
SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE JUNE 1984 The Unit operated at near full thermal power for the first twenty-one days of the reporting period.
On 840621, shutdown was commenced and the Unit was off line on 840623 for maintenance.
Start-up began on 840625.
The generator was in service for approxi-mately 30 seconds when a turbine trip occurred due to a bypass valve closure followed by a reactor scram on high pressure.
Repairs were completed and the Unit was back in service on 840627.
At the end of the reporting period, the FitzPatrick Plant is operating at approximately 596 MWe.
