This letter trans.mits the summary of revised regulatory commitments at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (JAF) for the years 2011 and 2012, as required by Nuclear Energy Institute Guideline NEI 99-04, Guidelines For Managing NRC Commitment Changes, endorsed by the Commission in NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2000-17.
There are no new commitments made in this letter.

Summary of Justification:
This commitment was extended by JAFP-10-0142 dated 11/30/10 because JAF was waiting on NRC direction on revising the Cyber Security Plan.

Entergy will implement milestones 1, 7 described in attachment 4 of JAFP-11-0035.
Revised Text:
Entergy will implement milestones 1,2,3,4, 5, and 7 described in attachment 4 of JAFP-11-0035, and the revised milestone 6 in attachment 4 of JAFP-12-0072.
Summary of Justification:
This commitment changed based on discussions with the NRC about the scope of Milestone 6 of the Cyber Security Plan. A fleet response was drafted and the change was communicated to the NRC by JAFP-12-0072 dated 06/22/12.

Revised Text:
Implement a MOV Periodic Verification Program in accordance with Joint Owners' Group (JOG)
Program on MOV Periodic Verification Topical Reports, NEDC-32719/MPR-1807 revision 2 and MPR-2524.
Implement an alternate method for GL 96-05 Class 0 valves in accordance with BWROG-TP09-033.
Summary of Justification:
This change is a due date extension in order to allow implementation by the end of R020 instead of Sept 25, 2012, as specified in NRC SER dated 09/25/06. Also, this commitment is updated to include the program which governs the Class 0 valves and the current JOG program documents.
NRC is transmitted by JAFP-12-0121.

Due date extension from December 10, 2012 to January 28, 2013.
Summary of Justification:
In accordance with the SER, the changes to NUC-001 will be completed within sixty (60) days after the engineering change which was completed on November 29, 2012. In addition, the current NUC-001 agreement with the transmission owners remains in effect and envelopes the new proposed agreement. The 115 kV switchyard voltage ranges remain conservative.
