Corporandy of this office on February 4 - April 26, 1991 of activities authorized by NRC License Nos.
NPF-41, NPF-51 and NPF-74, and to the discussions of our findings held with members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection, Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
One violation identified in Paragraph 2.B of the enclosed inspection, report, has not been cited since the criteria set forth in 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C, Section V. A, have since been satisfied.
Based on observations of maintenance activities, we have concluded that additional management attention is required to ensure that planned improvements in maintenance procedures (model work orders, etc.) are completed in a reasonable time period, and maintenance activities are performed in accordance with the intent of existing maintenance procedures.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a),
a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
