Dear Mr. Crane On June 12, 2007, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Problem Identification and Resolution Inspection Report 05000456/2007007 and 05000457/2007007 (ML071640143) for your Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2. The List of Items Opened, Closed, and Discussed had incorrectly specified the classification of two items.
The enclosed List of Items Opened, Closed, and Discussed, contains the corrected page of the Attachment (marked revised). Please insert the enclosed page 2 to replace the current page 2 of the Attachment in Inspection Report 05000456/2007007 and 05000457/2007007. Please remove and dispose of the original page 2 of the Attachment.
