Areas Inspected: Reactive, unannounced physical security inspection involving concerns relating to Fitness For Dut Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined. A concern regarding an individual reporting to work in an intoxicated condition, could not be substantiated. A concern regarding the failure of two supervisors to take appropriate action when informed of a FFD concern, was partially substantiated, in that one supervisor did not take appropriate initial action. Weaknesses were found with FFD procedures, regarding clarity and detail. No response is necessary. (Refer to Section 3.)
