Dear Mr. Pardee:
On January 31, 2011, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an Integrated Inspection Report 05000454/2010-005, 05000455/2010-005 for your Byron Station. An inspection sample for Emergency Action Level and Emergency Plan changes were inadvertently omitted in the original report.
The enclosed errata contain the omitted inspection sample. Please replace the cover page of the report, Pages 3, 20, and 36 of the enclosure, Pages 1, 7, and 7(a) of the Attachment to the enclosure, and insert Page 20(a) of the enclosure where appropriate into the NRC Integrated Inspection Report 05000454/2010-005, 05000455/2010-005 with the enclosed revised pages.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
