Creed, Chieu Safeguards Section Date Inspection Summary Inspection on August 8 - 12, 1983 (Report No. 50-409/83-12(DRMSP)) Areas Inspected: Included a review of Security Plan and Implementing Procedures; Security Organization - Management, Personnel, Response; Records and Reports; Testing and Maintenance; Locks, Keys and Combinations; Security System Power Supply; Lighting; Assessment Aids; Access Control - Personnel; Alarm Stations; Communications; General Requirements Training and Qualification Plan; Additional Requirements - Power Reactors; Safeguards Contingency Plan; Safeguards Informa- > tien and Previous Items. The inspection involved 74 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors. The inspection began during the day-shift; 10 of 74 inspec-tion hours were accomplished during off-shift periods.
Resulta: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined during this inspection. A previously identified unresolved item was closed.
