Inspection on April 8-12, 1991 (Report Hos. 50-373/91007(DRSS);

Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced physical security inspection involving: Management Support; Protected and Vital Area Barriers; Access Control - personnel, packages, and Vehicles; Alarm Stations and Communications; power Supply; Testing, Maintenance and Compensatory Measures; Training and Qualification; Records and Reports and a review of previous inspection findings.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements Tn the areas examined. Two previously identified findings were reviewed and addressed in Section 2 of this report. We have concluded that the security program is adequately implemented and managed. Licensee management's support for the security program is good and resources dedicated to the program are ample. The licensee is planning improvements to their perineter intrusion detection system to improve system performance.
