Reviewed licensee actions on previous

inspection findings, and Land Vehicle Bomb Contingency Procedure Verification (SIMS-MPA L9-07).
A review of allegations relating to compensatory measures,
staffing, records and compliance with procedures was completed.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements, except as noted below:
Access Control-Vehicles:
Failure to conduct an adequate search of a vehicle, j
Three of six previous inspection. findings were reviewed and closed. The remaining previous inspection findings pertaining to one violatior, and two open items remain open.
In each case regarding the open items licensee action l
was not completed.
Contingency planning for the land vehicle bomb threat was y
reviewed and the required planning had been completed.
