Kewaunee Summary of Meeting with the Licensee on April 3, 1986 at the Kewaunee Nuclear Plant, Kewaunee, Wisconsin The findings and conclusions of the SALP Board documented in Inspection Report No. 50-305/86001 were discussed with Wisconsin Public Service Corporation on April 3, 1986, at the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant in Kewaunee, Wisconsi Overall performance was found to demonstrate a'high level of concern for nuclear safety as evidenced by the Category 1 ratings received by the plant for 70% of the functional areas inspected as well as the improving trends for the remaining functional areas rated as Category As discussed during the licensee meeting, Region III will be initiating a reduced inspection program at Kewaunee as a result of the NRC's confidence in the safe operation of the plan The following licensee and NRC personnel were in attendance at the meeting:
