THREE MILE ISLAND NUCLEAR STATION UNIT 1 - NRC LICENSE RENEWAL
INSPECTION REPORT NO. 05000289/2009008
Dear Mr. Pardee:
On August 19, 2009, the NRC issued Inspection Report 05000289/2009008 documenting the results of our follow up of your augmentation of the operational experience review portion of your application for a renewed license. An error occurred when recording the dates of your augmented review.
The report states, in part, on page 2, in the middle of the third paragraph that Exelon revised their position and implemented a full review of the site specific operational records as stated in B.1.4 of their application for the period of January 2005 to November 2006,. The report should be corrected to state Exelon revised their position and implemented a full review of the site specific operational records as stated in B.1.4 of their application for the period of November 2001 to January 2005,. A revised page is enclosed.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
