Dear Mr. Pacilio:

On December 31 , 2011, the NRC staff completed its annual inspection of the Emergency Preparedness Program at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station. This inspection began on January 1 , 2011 . lssuance of this letter closes lnspection Reports 050002771201 1501 and 05000278/2011501. Inspection activities charged to these reports include conducting mid-cycle/end of cycle assessment activities, responding to technical questions from resident inspectors or licensee personnel, and resident baseline inspection. Any observations and findings in this area were provided to you via separate correspondence.
