pursuant to Section 182 of the Atomic t.nergy Act of 1954, as amended. Your letter of September 25, 1981, was submitted in excess of the time allowed under 10 CFR Part 2.201 and will be included as a violation in the on-going resident inspector inspection 50-267/81-21.
