Subject: Meeting to Discuss Indian Point 2 Environmental Qualification Inspection 86-11 Follow-up This letter transmits the details of the meeting held on November 25, 1986 in the Region I office, King of PrJssia, Pennsylvania, to discuss the findings associated with Inspection Repcrt No. 50-247/86-11.
During this meeting, each of the potential enforcement / unresolved items and the open items identified in inspection report 50-247/86-11 were discussed. This included a status review of your corrective action relative to each of the findings. The Region I action regarding the potential enforcement items will be addressed in future correspondence from the NRC.
