Insoection on Seotember 21-26,1980 (Combined Insoection Recort Nos. 50-245/80-16 and 50-336/80-17)

Areas Insoected:

Included a review of Security Plan; Security Organization; Physical Barriers (Protected and Vital Areas); Lightin Authorization and Badging); Access Controls (g; Access Control (Identification, Saarch and Escorting); Access Controls (Vital Areas); Alarm Stations; Detection Aids; Assessment Aids; Comunications; Testing and Maintenance; Compensatory Measures; Power Supply; Response; Locks, Keys and Combinations; and Records and Reports.

Also, a followup to previously identified items of noncompliance and a followup to Imediate Action Letter (IAL 80-28).

The inspection involved 72 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC Regional based inspectors.

The 1.nspection was begun during off shift, weekend hours; 5 inspector hours were performed during off shift periods.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 21 areas examined during this inspection.
