DHA Source Return Records.pdf Leak Tests Q3 2024.pdf Good Morning Tony, I've attached the sealed source inventory that was taken at the time of return. There is a wipe test indicated for the shipment on the paperwork, completed by the physicist.
I also have leak tests that were completed as part of the Q3 physicist survey, attached.
The reason for closing:
Business decision related to financial performance of the site due to decreased market share and scan volume.
