Thank you for your letter dated September 24, 1993, informing us of the steps

that you~ have taken to correct.the items which we brought to your attention in-our letter dated September 15, 1993. Your corrective actions will be verified-

i In your letter you stated that the violation concerning.the failure to calibrate surveys meters every 'six months was invalid because you had intended

to send only one. instrument for calibration during any given six. month :

interval.

Based on our review again of'the survey' meter calibration requirement, we consider the. violation to be valid because your license

J specifies a six month calibration frequency for both instruments, and as you

, pointed out, the wording'in your. license does not reflect your intent.to-

alternate the calibration periods for each instrument.
