Gentlemen:

ththe.h At the time of Mr. Zurakovski's inspection Larry Johnson was conferring >h-u O

l vQ c0 C

construction site foreman as to test requirements.

!'t. Johnson states that he o g, was at no time out of visual contact with the' instrument. Hr.Johnsonohrved'

'

d

Mr. Zurakowski looking into the vehicle, and since he had visual contact *at all

times did not question Mr. Zurakowski's activities.

u#

'

s Mr. Johnson was travelling between several construction sites on Ft. Vainwright,

and admits he was remiss in securing the gauge properly during transport.

All of our technicians ~have been counseled on this matter.

-

The shipping paper in Mr. Johnson's vehicle had.been abused to the point that

'

it was unreadable. This has been corrected by placing the documents inside clear l

plastic document covers.

!

In addition to the above steps we are going to be constructing cabinets for our vehicles.

The cabinets will be secured to the vehicle, and have a hasp, and l

padlock on it's door.

This will be accomplished by the end of October 1989.

'

r

!

Sincerely, ARCTIC ALASKA TESTING LABORATORIES A division of SHANNON & VILSON, INC.
