INSPECTION 05000171/2001001, EXELON NUCLEAR, PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION UNIT 1, DELTA, PENNSYLVANIA
Dear Mr. Kingsley:
On September 4, 2001, Anthony Dimitriadis of this office conducted a safety inspection at the above address of activities authorized by the above listed NRC license. The inspection was limited to a review of activities at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit 1, including your semi-annual exclusion area surveillance. Additional information provided in the telephone conversation on October 3, 2001 between Steven C. Beck of your organization and this office was also examined as part of the inspection. The findings of the inspection were discussed with your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room and will be accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/NRC/ADAMS/index.html. No reply to this letter is required.
