NRC Inspection - Humcoldt Bay This letter refers to the routine safeguards inspection of your activities authorized unuer URC 1.icense no. DFR-7 concucted by Mr. D. W. Schaefer of this office on Deceucer 15-13, 1930.
It also refers to the discussion of our insoection findings held by the inspector with fir. E. Weeks and members of his staf f on Decenter 13, 1930.
The inspection included examination of activities related to your program for physical protection against industrial sabotage and against thef t of special nuclear natorial in accordance with applicable requirements of Title 10, Code of Federal."egulations, Part 73, " Physical Protection of Plants and flaterials",
your security plan, and license conditions pertaining to the physical prctection as described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and records, interviews with facility personnel and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Pegulations, documentation of findings of your security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore the enclosed inspection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
