Areas Inspected: Included Facility Organization and Operation; Measuremen and Statistical Controls, Shipping and Receiving; Storage and Internal l Control, Inventory; Records and Report '

Results: The licensee was found to be in comp!iance with NRC requirements in '

the areas inspected. A review of inventory, receipt, and shipment records ,

showed that the licensee limited their possession and use of Special Nuclear -

Material to the location 'and purpose authorized under license and-that there l were essentially no changes in possession since the previous material control '

and accountability inspection in January 1992. A random spot-check of irradiated fuel assemblies, fuel plates, fission chambers and foils showed no !

discrepancies. The Material Status Reports (Form NRC-742) accurately l reflected the licensee's activities for this perio l l
