Persons Contacted On February 27, 1980, a meeting was held at Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee Rowe) to discuss the details of establishing on-site facilities for a Resident Reactor Inspector.

3.
Commitments During the meeting the licensee's representative agreed to provide the following, in support' of the Resident Inspector:
a.
A. trailer with a minimum of 360 square feet of space, equipped j
with a partition, toilet facilities and door hasps.
A minimum of four separate circuit outlets; an adjustable volume control plant page and a rotary dial telephone with three spare pairs (separate circuits) bypassing the plant switchboard.
In addition, one telephone extention from the plant switchboard.

b.
The trailer is to be located in the Protected Area and heat, electricity and daytime cleaning will be provided by the licensee.
c.
The licensee will provide a facility in the Information Center or other appropriate location which provides uninhibited access for the public to the NRC Resident Inspector.
4.
Tour A tour was conducted of the proposed location for the Resident office trailer. The location appeared to be adequate.
The licensee's representative was informed that the allotted space of 360 sq. ft. in the trailer was marginal based on the office equipment that would have to be placed in this trailer to support the resident inspector, an additional resident inspector and clerical assistant yet to be assigned to Yankee Rowe.
The licensee was asked to consider the possibility of providing a trailer with more space.
