Dear Mr. Dacimo:

On January 10, 11, and 30, 2006, James Kottan of this office conducted a safety inspection at the above address of activities authorized by the above listed NRC license. The inspection was an examination of your licensed activities as they relate to maintenance and surveillance activities and storage of spent nuclear fuel at Unit 1. The inspection consisted of observations by the inspector, interviews with personnel, and a selected examination of representative records. The findings of the inspection were discussed with Mr. P. Rubin and members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection on January 11, 2006, and inspection follow-up activities were completed on January 30, 2006. The enclosed report presents the results of this inspection.

Within the scope of this inspection, the NRC did not identify any violations. The programs related to the Unit 1 Technical Specifications were appropriately implemented.
