This refers to the routine, announced radiation safety inspection conducted by Messrs. Selvan Rajendran and Mark R. Shaffer of this office on May 14, 1991, of l-activities under the general license pursuant to 10 CFR 150.20 at the above address, and to the discussion of our ' findings with members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
l The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under the license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules

and regulations and the conditions of the license.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No violations or deviations were identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be-placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
