Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Region Ill, issued in response to our recent inspection of your licensed program. Please note that there were no violations of NRC requirements identified as a result of this inspection. Therefore, it is not necessary for you to sign and return this document. In addition, as a result of this inspection, the previous violation as stated in Notice of Violation dated September 10, 2018, is considered closed.
