In accordance with the requirements of WNP-2 Technical Specification 6.9.3.4, the Supply System is submitting Revision 2 to COLR 94-10.
Revision 1 to COLR 94-10 was submitted to the NRC in Reference 2.
The WNP-2 Plant Operating Committee has reviewed and approved Revision 2 to COLR 94-10.
Revision 2 to COLR 94-10 incorporates the extended single loop Maximum Average Planar Linear Heat Generation Rate (MAPLHGR)limits for the SPC 9x9 reload and lead fuel assembly fuel. The previous single loop MAPLHGRlimits were applicable through 35,000 MWd/MTU average planar exposure.
The revised single loop MAPLHGRlimits extend the allowed average planar exposure beyond 35,000 MWd/MTU;single loop operation may be used through the end of cycle 10.
