WNP-2, OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 CYCLE 10 CORE OPERATING LIMITSREPORT (COLR)
Reference:
Letter GO2-94-108 dated May 10, 1993, JV Parrish (SS) to NRC, "Request for Amendment to Stability and Power/Flow Sections of the Technical Specifications" The Supply System is submitting the COLR 94-10, Revision 0, in accordance with the requirements of WNP-2 Technical Specification 6.9.3.4.
The operating limits in the COLR resulting from the Cycle 10 reload and licensing analyses have been evaluated against the criteria of 10CFR50.59.
No unreviewed safety questions were identified and no changes to the Technical Specifications that would need approval of the NRC prior to implementation are necessary.
The COLR has been reviewed and approved by the WNP-2 Plant Operating Committee.
The reference requested a change to the power to flow maps contained within the Technical Specifications.
However, prior approval of this change is not required in order to implement the limits specified in COLR 94-10, Revision 0.
