In accordance with the requirements of WNP-2 Technical Specification 6.9.3.4, the Supply System is submitting Revision 1 to COLR 94-10.
Revision 0 to COLR 94-10 was submitted to the NRC in the referenced letter.
The WNP-2 Plant Operating Committee has reviewed and approved Revision 1 to COLR 94-10.
Revision 1 to COLR 94-10 incorporates the re-evaluated MinimumCritical Power Ratio (MCPR) limits associated with the recirculation flowincrease transient.
Previous flow dependent MCPR limits provided in Revision 0 assumed both recirculation loops would run-up simultaneously.
The revised analysis recognizes that only a single pump run-up is credible.
