| Event Description | The following information was provided by the licensee via phone and email:
At 1311 EDT on October 13, 2025, it was determined that a non-licensed supervisor had a confirmed positive test as specified by the FFD testing program. The individual's authorization for site access has been terminated at all Duke Energy facilities. The NRC Resident Inspectors have been notified. |
