The container label indicates the beverage is 5.3 percent alcohol by volume. The employee immediately reported the discovery to their supervisor and site security. The material was turned over to and tested by the Oconee County Sheriff's Office (OCS). On 11/24/08 at 1500 hours OCS informed site security that the test result was positive. The investigation into this matter is continuing. Notified R2DO (Guthrie). |
