| Title | Containment Equipment Not Analyzed for Environmental Conditions of Record |
| Event Description | While evaluating the station environmental equipment qualification for equipment inside the containment it was determined that a number of different pieces of equipment were not analyzed for the environmental conditions associated with the current analysis of record. The equipment is subject to adverse conditions for a time frame longer than currently accounted for (220 verses 60 seconds). In addition, the equipment is subject to potentially different temperature effect than that to which it is currently analyzed. This affects a variety of equipment in containment.
The licensee notified the NRC Resident Inspector. |
