| Event Description | The Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) link from the Critical Function Monitoring System (CFMS) was lost at approximately 0100 hours0.00116 days <br />0.0278 hours <br />1.653439e-4 weeks <br />3.805e-5 months <br /> on February 23, 2010 due to a malfunction of the plant computer. Other systems such as Safety Parameter Display System (SPDS), RECS, and ENS remain available. In accordance with the site reporting procedure, a loss of ERDS for greater than 16 hours1.851852e-4 days <br />0.00444 hours <br />2.645503e-5 weeks <br />6.088e-6 months <br /> is reportable as a major loss of emergency assessment capability. Troubleshooting is in progress.
The licensee has notified the NRC Resident Inspector and will notify the state.
