(collectively referred to as Entergy), the licensees for Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2; Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1; Palisades Nuclear Plant; Big Rock Point; River Bend Station, Unit 1; and Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, maintain an Nuclear Energy Liability Policy, a certificate to the Master Worker Policy, and one or more certificates to Master Policy No. 1 issued by the members of American Nuclear Insurers, with respect to the Entergy sites.
By letter dated December 13, 2021 (Reference), in satisfaction of the requirements of 10 CFR 140.15, Stephens Insurance submitted copies of the 2022 American Nuclear Insurers (ANI) "Evidence of Financial Protection (EFP)" and endorsements for licensees to the NRC.
Copies of the 2022 EFP documents are also enclosed herein.
